POLICIES

BOOKING & PAYMENT:

  • All shoots require 50% of the total shoot price be paid upon booking. This booking fee reserves the scheduled date and time for the shoot. The remaining amount of the total shoot price will be paid on the day of the shoot.

CANCELLATION:

  • The booking fee is refundable if the shoot is canceled by the client more than 7 calendar days before the scheduled shoot date. If a shoot is canceled by the client 7 or fewer calendar days before the scheduled shoot date, the client forfeits their booking fee.

  • If the shoot is canceled by the photographer at any time, a full refund will be issued to the client.

RESCHEDULING:

  • Shoots may be rescheduled by the client at no additional cost until 48 hours before the scheduled shoot date. Rescheduling by the client within 48 hours will result in an additional fee of 10% of the total shoot price. Rescheduling within 48 hours of the scheduled shoot will not require the client to forfeit the booking fee.

  • If the photographer needs to reschedule the shoot within 48 hours of the scheduled shoot date, 10% of the total shoot price will be deducted from the remaining balance. If the photographer needs to reschedule the shoot before 48 hours from the scheduled shoot, the cost of the shoot will be unchanged.

PHOTO DELIVERY & TURNAROUND:

  • Standard turnaround time for edited photos is 5-7 calendar days from the shoot date. If rush turnaround is needed, this can be provided for an additional fee depending on the scope of work and timeline of delivery. If edits will take longer than 7 calendar days, the photographer will inform the client of any delays as soon as possible.

  • Photos will not be edited or delivered until the total shoot price has been paid by the client.

ADDITIONAL WORK & SCOPE CHANGES:

  • Any change of scope or addition of required work will result in additional costs. If additional work of any kind not previously included in the initial quote (extra time on-site, additional photo services, extensive retouching, etc.) is needed, a quote will be provided by the photographer.

EDITS & RETOUCHING:

  • In addition to the initial round of edits, one secondary round of edits is included free of charge. A round of edits consists of one consolidated list of requested changes provided by the client. Additional rounds of edits or extensive retouching will require additional fees.

CLIENT REQUESTS:

  • Clients should communicate all specific photo requests, preferred shots, or other important requirements in writing prior to the scheduled shoot. While the photographer will make reasonable efforts to accommodate client requests, specific shots or creative requests cannot be guaranteed if they were not communicated prior to the shoot.
